I have revised the cover and improved the formatting. Both of the ordering sites may not show the correct picture of the book. When you order, you will receive the most current edition.
You can order either directly from the printer or from Amazon. The price is the same, only $10, but, Amazon will give you a break on shipping for multiple books.
